Jan 26, 2015 Problem. You have attempted to do a Transfer Backup State and you get a screen that has the error: Horse. Horse is an easy to remember error, that makes it easy for end-users to quickly convey what is happening to the support agent. In the end, I figured it out by digging around my Library folders. Here’s how: Backblaze’s data is stored in the package /Library/Backblaze.bzpkg. To see that data, go to the root Library folder, right-click the Backblaze.bzpkg, and click “Show Package Contents”. Go to the bzdata folder and open the bzinfo.xml file in a text editor.
